This is the best investment I've made. I use it mainly for lower body warm ups (along with some KMS movements) I feel it really warms me up quickly, gets blood flowing, and has helped me with my squats and deads. Especially when pulling 70hr work weeks in a factory. THANKS GUYS!!!
Worth Every Dollar!
I went back and forth contemplating buying the boom stick for a few month then I decided to buy it. I got mine yesterday and used it first thing and all I have to say is wow! my recovery time was cut in half and i was able to work out knots and other sore muscles that I didn't even know I had. Used it on some of my clients as well and wow was all they had to say and when am i getting another on! Great Product! Great buy!

First off I love the customer service and email updates. It's done professionally and well. The website is easy to navigate. Stellar. Now to the Shoulderök. I was so excited to get this I made my wife bring it to work after it got delivered so I could swing it around like a dummy in the front yard.
It Simply Works
I was skeptical on how well it would work. I started with not being able to raise my arm over my head without help from the other arm. after a month of using it every day I had gained most of the range of motion and started to gain strength back. Well worth the investment.

When it was his turn to be coached by Brandon and Swede on all 3 lifts he nervously got on stage and did what I'd tought him. Learned so Much!
I wanted to thank you all again for this last weekend. You helped me so much and I learned a lot. I hit 4 sets of 5 reps at 165lbs for my back squat this morning! They felt better than ever because I focused on the cues and coaching you gave me.
Purpose and Intent
A person asked me, “What was the biggest revelation you had that weekend?” Well other than being able to Squat, Bench and Deadlift pain free for the first time, the biggest revelation I had were those three simple 3 words: “Purpose and Intent”. Not just when you warm-up, do your mobility or even lift- but in everything you do. These people have truly put something special together.
What do we mean? It means that we can make all the fancy equipment in the world, but unless you have the right attitude – there won’t be much to show for.
