Really great week of training despite some major work and life stresses. The beginning of the week was particularly brutal in training with a massive superset with heavy loads. The quad is feeling great for back squatting but by the end of the week was fatigued for transformer bar squats. Overall quite pleased even though the deadlift day was under plan by 30lbs.
