The Baby Boomer

What is Body Tempering and how does the Baby Boomerwork?

Body Tempering focuses on two key areas that can greatly benefit athletes like you: overcoming pain and preventing injuries.

Firstly, it helps reduce muscle tension, which in turn lowers the risk of sprains and strains. By incorporating Body Tempering into your routine, you can safeguard your body against these common athletic setbacks.

Secondly, frequent use of Body Tempering leads to improved flexibility and mobility. This, in turn, helps you find better positions during your training sessions, whether inside or outside the weight room. By reducing soreness, Body Tempering allows for more effective and productive future training sessions. It accelerates your recovery, enabling you to push harder and achieve greater results.

Think of Body Tempering as a tool to complement your existing training and rehabilitation protocols. Too often, we wait until something is broken before taking action, neglecting the importance of routine maintenance. Body Tempering aims to prevent injuries and reduce soreness by improving range of motion and alleviating tightness. However, it's crucial to understand that optimal movement and training are essential for this modality to be effective.

Body Tempering offers a pathway to unlock your athletic potential. By incorporating this technique into your regimen, you overcome pain, reduce the risk of injuries, improve flexibility and mobility, and enhance your overall performance. Remember, it's not a quick fix, but a valuable tool for athletes committed to maintaining their bodies and reaching new heights.

Perfect tool for self-use or on smaller athletes

As a strength athlete who works a desk job the Baby Boomer has been invaluable in loosening my stiff quads and ESPECIALLY calves before training. Feel a substantial difference after 2mins of work -- I also train several smaller athletes such as female figure skaters and swimmers; to those weighing less than 100lbs this thing basically acts as a Boomstick.

Good things come in small packages

I shattered my pelvis three years ago and after many many surgeries, I live with a lot of scars and hardware internally. As an active person working as a strength and conditioning professional, I'm training, moving around with clients, and lifting all day. Nothing like this little dude to help work out the gnarly spots pre/post training and just when I need a little extra soft tissue work. The weight of the bar keeps me from having to get too tense to apply necessary pressure on myself, and the grip of the knurled surface help grab the skin just enough but not too much. Top notch!

Say Hello to My Little Friend

I’m 60, fat, and worse for the wear, but I still walk onto the platform a few times a year. The fact is that everything hurts and I’d rather send my kids to college than the chiropractor’s. This little fella does things like I’ve never had done to me. I got it out of the box, I started playing around with it. I’m still just beginning, but I take it with me to the gym and when I travel. There’s something on my IG with a couple of guys at the gym using it. We are even planning to buy a Boomstick for the gym. Everyone who uses it wants one. Volume discounts?
