Cerberus Classic Wrist Wraps are based on a very simple classic wrap design. Made from a cotton blend with no elastic, thumb loops or Velcro. These wraps are supportive but not restrictive and can be easily adjusted to give you as much flexion/support as you need.
Simply wrap them firmly around your wrist and once on you can loosen or tighten them as required. Twist to tighten them more for heavy max movements or if you need a bit more movement in your wrist for Olympic movements you can untwist to loosen them. No need to take them on and off between sets or exercises. Also great if you are switching between exercises (like in a WOD, medley or circuit) just twist and tighten or loosen them as required, fast and easy!
