The Launch Pad has quickly become a staple in all of my lying shoulder related training. It works exceedingly well in both supine and prone positions, and I can't say enough of about how the design allows for far better scapula mechanics across the board. Add the fact that it's mobile with a carrying case and it's really the perfect training tool. I'm even able to use it for floor based exercises because it allows for some space between my torso and the floor for improved thoracic and shoulder mechnics in home workouts. All around the Launch Pad is an incredible tool that anyone should train with, particularly athletes!
